DESCRIPTION:THE SULPHUR RIVER BASIN AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS  \nIN ATTENDANCE ONLY* \nOPEN PUBLIC MEETING\nJOINT MEETING of REGION C and REGION D COORDINATION SUBCOMMITTEES \nMONDAY\, NOVEMBER 4\, 2019 AT 9:00 A.M. \nHarvey Hall Convention Center\, Hall 3 \n2000 West Front Street \nTyler\, 75702 \n(903) 534-1349 \n  \nAGENDA\n\nIntroductions of participants and discussion of the meeting goal and purpose.\nPublic Comment: Any person wishing to make an oral presentation to the Coordination Subcommittee must complete a registration form with the speaker’s name\, address and other relevant information.  Speakers who have not completed a registration form will not be recognized.  Each speaker shall be limited to three minutes.  Speakers may not trade or donate time to other speakers.\nIdentify and share mutually beneficial information and strategies.\nIdentify and consider potential resolutions to issues that could impact the review and approval of the 2021 Initially Prepared Regional Water Plans.\nDiscuss next steps by Coordination Subcommittees and the Texas Water Development Board prior to the submission of the Regions C and D Initially Prepared Plans\, and schedule next meeting of the parties\, if warranted.\n\nSULPHUR RIVER BASIN AUTHORITY DIRECTORS \nARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE OPEN MEETING BETWEEN \nTHE REGION C AND REGION D COORDINATION SUBCOMMITTEES. \nTHE SULPHUR RIVER BASIN AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN ATTENDANCE WILL NOT VOTE ON ANY ITEMS AT THE MEETING. \n
