A REGULAR SRBA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING WILL BE HELD ON

TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2014 AT 1:00 P.M.

MT. PLEASANT CIVIC CENTER @ 1800 N. JEFFERSON STREET IN

MT. PLEASANT, TEXAS

  3. 3.        Approval of the Minutes for March 18, 2014.
  4. 4.        Approval of the reports of the Cash Position and Expenditures.
  5. 5.        Presentation of the Pas I Final Report briefing by the Corps of Engineers.
  6. 6.        Discuss submitting a letter, representing the entire Board of Directors, in response to the TWDB recommendation for conflict resolution. Board of Directors action required.
  7. 7.        Update on the Job Posting of the Executive Director.
  8. 8.        Update on Region D.
  9. 9.        Public Comments.
  10. 10.    Announcements from the Board of Directors and/or Staff.
  11. a.    Letter Michael Russell, President sent to the TWDB/Region C & D.
